By accessing our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Our Role & Scope of Services
- Intermediary Platform: Booking Hotels INC acts as a facilitator between you and third-party travel providers (hotels, resorts, and transportation). We do not own or operate the travel services themselves.
- Information Accuracy: While we utilize rigorous data verification processes, we do not warrant that property descriptions, amenity lists, or local area information are entirely free of technical errors or omissions.
2. Bookings, Pricing, and Secure Payments
- Live Availability: All reservations are subject to real-time availability and written confirmation from the service provider.
- Price Adjustments: Market rates fluctuate; prices displayed are guaranteed only upon full confirmation of your booking.
- Direct-to-Provider Payments: Certain "Pay at Property" bookings require direct settlement with the provider upon arrival. In these cases, Booking Hotels INC acts as a reservation guarantor.
- Currency Policy: Transactions are typically processed in USD. Estimates provided in other currencies are for informational purposes and may vary based on your bank's daily exchange rates.
3. Cancellations, Modifications, and Refund Protocols
We advocate for our users to ensure fair treatment in accordance with provider policies:
- Provider Primacy: Cancellation windows and refund eligibility are dictated by the specific terms of the hotel or service provider selected.
- Processing Timeline: Once a refund is approved by the provider, Booking Hotels INC will execute the transfer to your original payment method within seven (7) business days.
- Non-Refundable Rates: Bookings marked as "Non-Refundable" at the time of purchase are ineligible for credit or cash returns regardless of the reason for cancellation.
4. Travel Health, Safety, and Insurance
Your safety is paramount, but it remains a personal responsibility:
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen medical emergencies, trip interruptions, or property loss.
- Health Requirements: It is the user's responsibility to verify and comply with all health protocols, including vaccinations and COVID-19 testing requirements for their destination.
5. User Responsibilities and Account Security
- Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.
- Identity Verification: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all bookings and account profiles.
- Security Breach: You must immediately notify Booking Hotels INC of any unauthorized access to your user credentials.
6. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of New Jersey:
- Direct Liability: Booking Hotels INC is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other losses resulting from the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
- Acts of God: We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by Force Majeure events, including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, or governmental travel restrictions.
7. Proprietary Rights and Content Use
All trademarks, logos, high-resolution imagery, and proprietary booking software found on the Site are the exclusive property of Booking Hotels INC. Unauthorized reproduction, data mining, or commercial "scraping" of this Site is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Governing Law
- Informal Negotiation: We request that you contact us directly at info@bookingbuddy-hotels.com to resolve any grievances before seeking formal legal remedies.
- Binding Arbitration: Any unresolved disputes shall be settled via binding arbitration in the State of New Jersey on an individual basis, waiving rights to class-action lawsuits.
- Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
9. Specialized B2B Payment Terms
Qualified corporate clients may apply for credit-based invoiced billing. Subject to Trevipay eligibility or internal credit approval, standard terms are Net 30. 10. Billing Descriptors and Chargeback Support
To ensure financial transparency, Booking Hotels INC will appear as the descriptor on your financial statements. We provide full documentation support to resolve billing inquiries. While we acknowledge your right to utilize buyer protection via platforms like PayPal or Stripe, we encourage direct consultation with our support team for expedited resolution.
